Those on a salt-free diet can rest assured our organic Salt-Free Garden Kim-Chi doesn’t include any salt but has loads of flavor. The addition of spices such as basil, sage and rosemary in this raw kim-chi makes it unlike any other cultured kim-chi you’ve ever had. Our kim-chi is cultured for five to seven days using organic vegetables and spices in stainless steel containers. Our organic kim-chi does not contain water, vinegar or salt.
