Rejuvenative Foods - Business Investment

My vision is to offer thoroughly healing delicious foods, while enhancing holistic and planetary health. I’m open to reasonable ideas for structure of our new entity and investment(s).

Those of us who are concerned to ensure that access to fresh pure food flourishes on our planet have a great need for a certified organic entity like Rejuvenative Foods. An entity whose mission is to maintain and enhance availability of these healing foods without compromising health for profitability. We believe both can be achieved, however at crossroads where the two intersect, the health of humans and the planet will take precedence. A perfect example is our refusal to pack in plastic, even as our competitors are doing so very profitably. 

With an established certified organic manufacturing facility, website/store and Amazon store, since 1980 Rejuvenative Foods has earned an excellent reputation as a pioneer producer of 5 organic product lines (over 60 products):

  1. Raw Cultured Vegetables (some of these are unique such as salt-free)
  2. Raw Low-Temp-Ground Nut-Butters (uniquely refrigerated)
  3. Raw Low-Temp-Ground Health Sweetened Nut-Butters (uniquely refrigerated)
  4. Fresh Pressed Virgin Food Oil (we presently make 6 fresh-made raw virgin food oils, also good for skin and we can expand)
  5. Fresh from Bean or Nib Chocolate Unsweetened and Health Sweetened

Rejuvenative Foods was the first and only USA Raw Cultured Vegetable producer until the end of 90s. We still are the only producers of:

  • Salt-free raw cultured vegetables
  • Minced texture raw cultured vegetables
  • Cultured Ketchup and Salsa 
  • Refrigerated low temp ground raw nut butters
  • Pressed-to-order raw, organic, unrefined, unfiltered, virgin oils 

This is an opportunity for a philanthropic investor to have a profound impact and benefit our planet. If so inclined, an investor gains new opportunities for reaching people by promoting our shared goals on our labels, website and newsletter etc. Our mailing list is presently over 18,000 with 64,000 Facebook followers; this can be increased.

Even though Rejuvenative Foods has worldwide demand, we have not achieved the size to overcome certain market barriers. For the world, the investor, and our loyal long-term Rejuvenative Foods crew, we need to transform with a new business and marketing plan to get more sales volume for expansion. We have a bigger purpose, which is to keep our planet benefiting from fresh pure foods. I think of our new business as a legacy entity, i.e. a business entity that will be here after we’re gone, so our planet keeps fresh pure foods readily available.

My forte is designing ultimate fresh pure food products. Rejuvenative Foods has a system for creating products from inception. We record experiments to create completed certified organic food products to offer on www.rejuvenative.com and Amazon, and ready for nationwide natural food store distribution. The most recent examples of our food product creation system include Live Cultured Ketchup, Live Cultured Salsa, healthfully sweetened and unsweetened fresh-from-bean chocolate products, frozen Dumplings, Empanadas and Turnovers. We have ideas to make more delicious, health enhancing foods and products otherwise unavailable with the same organic fresh pure ingredients that we use. While most every food that’s delicious and craved by people may be made from 100% rejuvenating ingredients, the reality is people have minimal options to buy food without unhealthful chemicals and/or refined ingredients unless purchased from a natural food store or farmer to make everything from scratch. We can healthfully fulfill food and drink wishes whether it be sweets, deep fried, baked, cooked, liquid, creamy or custardy with only fresh pure naturally occurring ingredients that science shows enhance our health and well being.

In addition to our current 60 food products; enticing options for increased volume and profit include:

  • New high-volume lower-margin plan so we sell more at a tighter gross profit margin with corresponding lower per item costs.
  • New products including potentially: More frozen foods (I've already created an array of Frozen Empanadas, Dumplings, and Turnovers from a naturally leavened gluten-free amaranth and buckwheat as well as wheat and barley dough that is special). We can offer more frozen food creations with the right capitalization. There is also an array of products missing in the baked packaged cookie market for us to fulfill with the best flours and sweeteners, healthfully leavened.

There are food creations I have yet to make. This means with resources and marketing strategy we can greatly benefit our planet with ultimate new foods in addition to the long-term Rejuvenative Foods staples that people need and want.

For 40 years we have been under-capitalized. 

In 2012, 13 and 14 we did 1.68 to 1.72 million in sales. Then our biggest distributor arbitrarily discontinued and continued discontinuing thereafter products that were selling consistently and in demand and still are in demand and unavailable because of lack of distribution. When we were shipping 1.7 million we were still not anywhere near the sales volume that we could have been selling had our distributor treated us fairly and activated foods in areas where we did not have distribution, where we proved demand. 

We presently have a facility with machinery to make many foods and space to enhance with more equipment that is very reasonable for $2500 a month for 3600 ft.² although this facility will not be available to us anymore unless we get a substantial investment within the next few weeks. (Right now temporarily there are 1800 ft.² available next-door). This facility is located in Hollister California and is in the trucking routes and near certified organic farms so it’s a good location for these goals although it would be nice to buy a piece of land and build our own facility.
