Organic salsa is great with just about any food: salads, seeds, nuts, grains, avocados, pizza, eggs, fish, meat, potatoes, cooked vegetables, omelets, tortillas, and sandwiches. There are a number of ways of adding salsa to food. Some people like to put some on top of food and also make a pile of raw salsa on the side. Some people prefer to stir salsa into their food. You can experience a variety of taste sensations by experimenting with organic fresh cultured live salsa on different foods.
Our homemade salsa recipe uses cultured or "live" vegetables to enhance flavor and activate naturally present lactobacilli (including acidophilus) and enzymes.
