Place your order using our long-standing single page order form, which we are offering because many of our customers prefer to see everything at a glance when ordering.
Please note the single page order form is a stand-alone order form. In other words, if you add food to your shopping cart elsewhere on the website, this will not carry over to an order on the single page order form. If you want to use the single page order form, you should make a complete order on that page.
To place orders or ask general questions, please call us at 800-805-7957 or 831-457-2418.
If you would like to speak with a senior order expert whom you wouldn't ordinarily be able to speak with, call 888-761-6639. Commonly available in the afternoon or evenings, West Coast time.

Shipping Method
Our standard shipping methods are FedEx Ground Residential or UPS Ground. Deliveries to the east coast usually arrive 5 to 7 days after an order is received. West coast orders usually arrive in 3 to 4 days. If you want to ship your order by any other method such as overnight, 2nd day air or 3-day select, and any other USPS option, you are responsible for all freight charges. Our shopping cart interfaces with the current rate charts of UPS, FedEx and USPS; this gives you the opportunity to see your rates using various methods. The shopping cart then provides the appropriate freight charges based on the estimated weight of your order to your specified domestic zone or country after you press the checkout button.
UPS and Fed Ex rates are comparable within the continental United States.
Outside Continental U.S.
For people outside the 48 Continental United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands), the most cost-effective option is usually USPS Priority Mail International which also offers tracking for your package. USPS also offers Global Express Guaranteed® and Express Mail International® as alternative shipping methods with a tracking option. You are responsible for all international freight charges.
Due to the live nature of the Raw Cultured Vegetables we recommend insulated shipping (styrofoam and coldpacks) depending on the transit time and temperatures. As the temperature rises the probiotics in the Raw Cultured Vegetables become more active and begin consuming the starch in vegetables at a faster rate. The probiotics then release effervescence as part of their metabolic process. This is the zing you sometimes you feel on your tongue when eating Raw Cultured Vegetables. The effervescence can push the juice up causing it to leak out of the jar, it can make the lid puffy and it can even make the vegetables expand out of the jar when you open it. We call this process "expansion," and it does result in Raw Cultured Vegetables that are more potent with probiotics. The expansion will subside upon refrigerating to the coldest non-frozen temperature around 34 degrees Fahrenheit, because the probiotics are relatively dormant at cold temperatures.
Some shelf life will be lost depending on the temperature and length of time it was unrefrigerated because it will be further along in the culturing process. Once all available starch is consumed by the probiotics the Raw Cultured Vegetables will eventually come to the end of their beneficial life. We have found that when unrefrigerated Raw Cultured Vegetables will be beneficial and delicious to eat when salt-free flavors are maintained at a temperature lower than 74 degrees, and 77 degrees for salted flavors, for 9 days or less. When temperatures are higher expansion speeds up and the shelf-life will become shorter faster. This temperature information can be found on our Raw Cultured Vegetable labels.
We ship your Raw Cultured Vegetables either insulated or non-insultated (except Live Ketchup which must be shipped insulated) depending on whether you want to spend $35 on insulation, and whether you are happy receiving expanded and/or leaky Raw Cultured Vegetables (the insulated shipments may arrive with some expansion and leakage but less than non-insulated). This idea is explained further below.
If you are placing an insulated order: You can expect the Raw Cultured Vegetables to experience less expansion compared to a non-insulated order. Even though your order will be shipped insulated with styrofoam and coldpacks, by the time it gets to you there is a fair chance it will no longer be cold, and some expansion is still possible. There is also a fair chance that condensation from the coldpacks will create wet labels.
If you are placing a non-insulated order: The Raw Cultured Vegetables are likely to be enhanced through natural expansion, which is fine, although there is a potential for achieving a longer shelf life by ordering them insulated instead (for $35).
Please complete this order in conjunction with the understanding that if your shipment arrives leaky and/or expanded, it will still be beneficial and delicious to eat, but will have a shorter shelf depending on the transit time and temperatures. Longer, hotter transit times will mean less shelf life. Please remember that our money back guarantee is limited to 1-3 jars per flavor (non bulk, 15 or 7.5 oz) up to 6 jars total.
Please use these links to the FedEx and UPS Ground service maps, as well as this weather map to get an idea of the transit times and temperatures that your Raw Cultured Vegetables would likely experience if you choose the regular $7 flat rate shipping option. Expedited shipping is also available. You will be provided with the options and cost quotes for expedited shipping in Step 4 of the checkout process.
With all shipping options you never count the first day out as part of the transit time, you start counting on the following day. For example, if it is a four day transit time and it leaves on a Monday it will arrive the following Friday. Also keep in mind that you do not count Saturday and Sunday, even with expedited shipping. We recommend avoiding weekends if possible to minimize transit time and expansion, so feel free to request that your order be held for a Monday in the optional "Order Instructions / Comments" box in Step 5 of the checkout process. If we feel strongly that your order should go out on a Monday we will contact you before shipping it. Please note that for all transit times of five days (most states on the East Coast are a five day transit time with Ground service) it is not possible to avoid the weekend, and your order will take exactly one week to arrive after it ships out. So if it goes out on a Monday it will arrive the following Monday.
